I keep getting the add brochure in the mail and it brings back my anger over this falls advertising.
These brochures just remind me that I ended up with large scars on the back of my head and thin hair on the front after going through that painful ordeal three times. I am embarrassed even more, because now you can tell I had something done.
The first procedure cost me 11k, if I remember correctly, and it was actually with the Hair Club, which I hear they bought a couple of years later. The guy that did it was old and completely incompetent. He gave me a ton of grafts that failed and had no follow up, leaving me with large scars that never went away. Then there was the second procedure when someone tried to fix it but cut around the same areas and gave me more grafts that didn't do much and couldn't fix the scars either.
The last time they were supposed to give more grafts in order to fix the previous procedures, but the doctor gave me less than he planned and even after examining me, still allowed me to go through the painful process for 500 grafts and told me afterward that I didn't have enough density. You're the one that suffers going through the procedure and if you get no results from them, it's just another procedure, good or bad. Actually, I'd like to meet in person one of those guys that were completely bald and now have a full head of hair. Now they called me and asked me to try another procedure for more money.
Do I trust them to do that again? Nope, so I have to deal with it.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Sent mecan email explaining that a full refund was in order. Told them thank you, and wish it had been resolved in a better way.
Frank P. with customer service is a jerk, and that's being nice.
I told him about my horrible flood situation and that I'm not able to stay at my home to this day.
His attitude was pretty much, 'Sorry about your bad luck, but it's not Bosley's fault so no credit refund.' I'm a two-year customer, he could not care less, it's all about the corporate dollar. So I cancelled and now use Hims.

Never had thicker hair then the day I got this procedure
DontWhat a scam spent 15 k to get a procedure done only to end up bald within a couple of years not only did i waste the 15 x that took me 2 years to save for but now i have a scar that wraps around my head from ear to ear . I sent the company 5 email they wont respond to any sent legal email they never responded and finally I went in to have them check it and the doctor who met with me mocked me , laughed at me and told me it was my fault .then she argued with me and told me I was wrong and there was nothing she could do . This companies promise you a dream only to take your money and then laugh at you when the procedure doesnt work .

Information on cap i ordered

Worst company I have ever dealt with! They are a complete fraud, all about the money!
After my procedure no one called me for weeks to see how I was doing! I was bloodied, beaten up and actually lost hair due to follicular shock!
They dont tell you that! When I complained, they offered me 4 PRP treatments, the bogus ones that do nothing! Then, after a year and less hair, they wanted me to spend $3100 more to have SMP! And I have white hair and others told me it would be a disaster!
But Bosley would have taken my money!
Complete frauds! Stay away!!

New shampoo is not as good as light orange.
Old shampoo in yellow-orangey bottle much better than new product. Too oily.
I have had to go to Nioxin. Can you find old product #1???

Unethical treatment
Following 3 successful hair transplants with a private Dr. I went to Bosley seeking a small treatment.
At my consultation I requested 300 grafts and removal of pre-existing scar tissue. Dr. Alpeter suggested 800 grafts and removal of the scar tissue. The day of the surgery I agreed to let Dr.
Alpeter determine the exact number of grafts. To maximize profit he did 1,136 grafts and did not remove any scar tissue. This left me unable to cover there scar area.
In the end no new hair appeared---a total failure. He did what was best for himself at my expense and in doing so taught me the meaning of the word anguish.

Preferred solution: There is nothing that can be done as my donor area is exhausted.

Contents of BOS-Revive. The 3.5 container.
The container leaks. I went on a weekend trip out of town.
On Sunday I went to apply to my hair. I use the first two containers. After I got out the shower and parted my hair. BOS-Revive container empty and the exterior.
All the solution had leaked out on to my toilet bag. I still have the container and can send it to you.

My initial *** surgery was over $15,000 and I received no results.
My initial *** surgery was over $15,000 and I saw nearly no results. They offered a second surgery, though only 500 follicles were free.
I had to pay for anything over 500 grafts.
So after five years, two surgeries and over $25,000 spent.....I have minimal new hair growth. The doctor was great and the service was also good....but the surgeries didn't work, for the extremely high cost.

Yes there is still a problem. I still have a damaged product and no replacement. I can send a picture but you can't tell that the pump is broke and nothing will come out
